We are seeking a motivated People & Culture Specialist to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining top talent. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will contribute across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to learning and development, employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and culture-building initiatives. The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who wants to make a meaningful impact. You'll partner with leaders and employees across the organization to foster a culture of belonging, collaboration, learning, and professional growth. From enhancing the candidate experience and delivering engaging onboarding programs to supporting employee events, wellness initiatives, leadership development, DEAI efforts, you'll help shape an inclusive and positive workplace where employees can do their best work. The Ideal Candidate You are a people-focused HR professional with at least four years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, or a related field. You are highly organized, collaborative, and proactive, with exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of HR best practices and California employment laws. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy coordinating multiple initiatives, and are passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences. Experience with HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms, along with a commitment to diversity, equity, accessibility, inclusion, and employee well-being, will set you apart. Additional Information •    This is a full-time, regular, non-exempt, work-on-site position. •   Regular schedule is Tuesday through Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening and weekend events as business needs require. •    Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred. •    Ability to travel to job fairs, recruiting events, and organizational activities as needed. Valid driver's license for driving responsibilities.
